Transform Collapse and Shadows
Hello
So, I’ve got a precomp within my master comp. I would like to have this precomp cast a shadow on the background. To do this, I’ve got to turn off the collapse transform button.
Unfortunately, I’ve got elements positioned outside of the original precomp’s view, that I would like to have viewable in the master comp. To do this I have to turn the collapse transform button on.
Is there a way to have the collapse transform button on and still have shadows?

Move all your lights to the main comp. Nop other way. Lights in pre-comps will be ignored with collapse transformations.
