  transferring footage from sxs card, odd issue

  i use clip browser to get clips from my camera to harddrive. always flawless.
  when i go to the card, it shows that clip in the browser then i just xport the mxf file to HD.
  for some reason, was getting footage from my second camera last night, but instead of being one clip it was multiple clips and they all had an x through them.
  i was able to transfer the BPAV file onto my hd and opened up each folder and transferred that way.
  very odd, anyone with input?
