Transferring export presets between users.

Same way you transfer any setting. When in the setting window click file, open setting file, navigate to the setting file and then drag the export setting (or any other setting) into your setting window.

The other way to do it is to open the “site setting” window found in the Special menu. Just drag a setting into that window, change user and drag it back into the settings. It will be added to that user’s settings.
