November 24, 2016 at 1:31 pmHi everyone,
Same version of Premiere, just would like to transfer my file.kys from Mac to PC. Doesn’t seem to work. Any idea?
Here follows a link to a screenshot file of the error message I get when trying to open file.kys from Premiere Pro CC on Mac to Premiere Pro CC on PC.

Mathieu.

November 24, 2016 at 8:46 pmSorry, Mathieu,
you have to build it up new – incompatible worlds for keyboard-settings…
…but with the new keyboard-layout in 11.0 it should be done quite comfortable…Jo

November 16, 2020 at 3:38 pmHi, Mathieu, did you ever find an easy way of solving this? It’s now 2020, 4 years later, and this is still and issue. Honestly, this is just sloppy and/or lazy on Adobe’s part. It takes one a lot of time and hassle to do this manually, and it would really be a ver easy fix for Adobe–even if keyboard layouts differ–, really. For such expensive software, too. This just demonstrates that Adobe can’t be bothered.
