Hi everyone,

Same version of Premiere, just would like to transfer my file.kys from Mac to PC. Doesn’t seem to work. Any idea?

Here follows a link to a screenshot file of the error message I get when trying to open file.kys from Premiere Pro CC on Mac to Premiere Pro CC on PC.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Mathieu.

Sorry, Mathieu,
you have to build it up new – incompatible worlds for keyboard-settings…
…but with the new keyboard-layout in 11.0 it should be done quite comfortable…

Hi, Mathieu, did you ever find an easy way of solving this? It’s now 2020, 4 years later, and this is still and issue. Honestly, this is just sloppy and/or lazy on Adobe’s part. It takes one a lot of time and hassle to do this manually, and it would really be a ver easy fix for Adobe–even if keyboard layouts differ–, really. For such expensive software, too. This just demonstrates that Adobe can’t be bothered.
