What is the best way to transfer altered footage from AE to Premiere? When I export to Premiere Pro CS3, Premiere doesn’t recognize the effects or changes I made in AE, so how could I retian those changes while not damaging the quality of the image? When I export the file in AE as an AVI, the changes show up in Premiere, but I lose the audio track. I can get audio, but I just lose the track underneath the video track on the timeline.

Have you tried utilising Adobe Dynamic Link and importing the After Effects composition from Premiere?

I haven’t. I kind of new to Adobe and I just stumbled on a post that had a similar problem and someone else mention dynamic link too. I’ll try this out, should work, I was sure it was a simple solution that I just wasn’t aware of. Thank you.
