  Transcoding to Apple intermediate codec cuts off end of shot

  Hi,

  I’m looking at some footage that I transcoded to the Apple intermediate codec from SOny XDCam (shot on the EX-1) EVERY clip that was transcoded is missing the last few seconds. The original footage (both the XDCam original, and the footage imported into Final cut Pro via XDCAM import) is the correct length.

  I used Batch Export to convert the footage from inside Final Cut. Is there a setting I missed? Why would every shot have the last few seconds cut off when transcoding to Apple’s intermediate codec?
  Shot 1080P 24, transcoded to 1080 60i (it was the only choice on the intermediate codec.)
