    Hello,

So I footage that is DVCPRO 1080i60 1280×1080. I also have a lot of stock footage that is 1920×1080 but in h.264 that needs to be transcoded. I was wondering if I should transcode to DVCPRO to match my other footage or if should transcode to ProRes to keep it’s true 1.0 1920×1080 resolution.

Unfortunately the bulk of the show will be using the footage that needs to be transcoded (h.264).

My delivery format is HDCAM 1080i 59.94.

    Thanks

Transcode the H264 stuff to Prores.
The DVCProHd stuff should work OK on the Prores 1920×1080 sequence.
