I’m looking for an effective way to convert a jpeg into a DVCPRO image (without any motion).

    Mpeg streamclip presets?
    Droplets?

Nothing ruins the flow of an edit like having to go find a jpeg, convert it, resize it in FCP and export it.
That’s the real problem, that it needs to be resized in final cut.

The latest photoshop has video capabilities I hear. Or bring it into Motion or After Effects…set the duration you want and export it as a video file.

Here’s a screenshot showing Canvas options in Photoshop for DV-NTSC video. However, if you are planning to zoom in on the images in FCP, I would not size them all the way down to this size at this stage.

Sorry. Forget this. I’m not sure what this is used for.
