  Transcode Customizing Problem

  Does anybody know why when I go to file/transcode settings I see options for “DV High Quality 8mb CBR 1 pass” and “NTSC DV High Quality 8mb VBR 1 Pass” but when I try to customize my transcode settings it only gives me access to “DV High Quality 8mb CBR 1 pass”? I can’t seem to fins a way to customize “NTSC DV High Quality 8mb VBR 1 Pass”…. it doesn’t even show up in the options.
