  Trail won’t open

  Hi All,

  I’m re-familiarising myself with Avid after not using it for several years. I’m trying to open the Avid 8.6.0 (Trial)
  Laptop: Mid 2015 MacBook Pro
  OS: El Capitan

  Every time I open it I just get the write error message:
  Exception: SYS_ERROR, OSErr: – 5000
  I have tried deleting the AIR plugins and couldn’t find Avid Media Files.txt

  Any suggestions?
