Tracking Question
When a tracking point is obscured by an actor, is there a way around this, meaning can one continue the track somewhere else in the shot that is clean? In Avid, for instance, you can “create new region tracker” and all the data is still applied to what you originally intended– so your end result doesn’t jump all over the place.

i’m sure, you can do the same thing in AE.
When you track point is getting confused, pause tracking, move it to a new place and continue tracking.
Sorry, for not able to say it firmly, but I remember doing that way not so far ago.
