When I auto track in mocha AE it tracks all of my layers, which messes up layers that I’ve manually tracked. Is there a way to make it so that Mocha only tracks and creates keyframes for one layer rather than what it does now with tracking for all layers? This would save me a lot of time and a lot of hassle, thanks in advance for any responses.

As with most things with AE, have you selected just the one layer first?

Yes I select the layer I want to track in both the timeline and in the project layers tab. This is what is selected when I go to start the autotrack: https://imgur.com/asnAqOR

Ah. You’ve the “Gear” icon on for all layers. Only have that on for the layer your actually tracking. Once you’ve a good track for that layer, turn the Gear back off.
