Tracking data to Mask Position
I have a reflection of a LitePanel in a window, which I want to mask out. How can I attach the tracking Data of the Shot (it’s handhold and moving) to the mask, so the mask is moving with the reflection in the screen?

Usually, I just apply the mask to a solid-color layer and use that as a track matte.
But another way is to use Mathias Mohl’s Tracker2Mask script or Sean Kennedy’s TrackerViz. There are links to both of these here.
