    Tracking data to flare centre

    I have tracked some footage.. and have applied the data to a null..

    I also have a lens flare out of frame..

    what I want to do is add an expression to the flare centre so when the null moves it moves accordingly..

    however obviously when you pick whip the nulls position the flare centre moves to the tracking point..

    I’m guessing this has something to do with position + value..

    but I’m a bit stuck !!!

    any ideas anyone

    Like this:

    P = thisComp.layer(“Null 1”).transform.position;
    P – P.valueAtTime(0) + value
