  Track Motion 2D shadow problem

  I’ve had a reoccuring problem with the 2D shadow feature in Track Motion. When it is enabled and set to my satisfaction, it looks great in the preview window. It slows down play back frame rate, but otherwise no problem during preview. The issue occures during rendering. The shadow pops on and off. I see it on my preview monitor during render and it is rendered into the file I am rendering. This is common to my 8.0b, 8.0c, and 8.1. It also exhibits itself on different computers at different times. Sometimes re-booting helps. Sometimes there is no problem at all. And, as in the case right now, I simply can’t render my project period. Has anyone else noticed this issue? Is there a fix?
