Where can I find some tutorials about track mattes and masks and transparency?
But they must be simple, cause I don’t know too much about them…
I found some tutorials about the track mattes, but they were containing expressions, and other harder stuffs…

Those topics are covered in great detail in Creating Motion Graphics with After Effects Vol. 1 by Trish and Chris Meyer. All the lessons have aep files to work with, so you get hands on training. The book covers AE 6.5 but unless you are a beginner in AE 7 it will give you all the info you need. There are 3 volumes to this title and they are well worth the investment if you want to learn AE in a thorough way.

Also, Volume 2 has a whole chapter explaining alphas that will give you a more complete picture of how transparency works in AE, and the differences between luma mattes, alpha mattes, stencils, etc. Most of the tutorials you will find don’t cover the basics.
