What’s the best way to watch it?
why is it so blurry? Is there a specific res for the DVD?

The best way to use Total Training DVDs is to watch them on a television or monitor while you work along on your computer. They will look great on a TV.

What I do is I just watch it on my computer. I believe its best to watch them do a couple of steps, pause it, then do those steps. Thats basically what I do. It’s not blurry at all to me.
