Toronto Avid Workshop?

Hi,

I am an Final Cut editor living in Toronto who is interested in learning Avid. Does anyone know of any Avid workshops or courses offered in the Toronto area?

Likewise, are there any good books that demystify the transition from FCP to Avid? I know there is one for editors transitioning from Avid to FCP.
