  Top of screen shaking

  I created a widescreen DVD using Adobe Encore, and when I play it in a DVD player (I’ve tried three) the top of the picture is shaking. The menu doesn’t shake, just the top of the video.

  I’m not sure what would cause this, I used DVD+R DVDs, and MPEG-DVD files, exported from Adobe Premiere. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
