Toonit 2
I might be in the wrong Forum but I’m trying to cartoon some friends using Toonit 2. There is a photo on the box cover that changes a girl (with hanging lights above her head) from a video image to a cartoon. Any ideas on how “Exactlty” to get this look?

The Final Cut Pro forum is not where this question should be asked. I don’t know if the cow has a forum for the software you are trying to use.
I would check the website for the maker of the software. Perhaps they have tutorials or forums there.
There are no “technical solutions” to your “artistic problems”.
