  • Toggling between sequences in Premiere Pro 2017

    Hi all,

To toggle between sequences, I used to use the SHIFT + 3 command. In the latest update of Premiere Pro, this no longer works!

Does anyone know what the correct command is to toggle between sequences. Or even better, does anyone know what the official name is for toggling between sequences so that I can search for it in Keyboard Shortcuts and set my own hot-key?

    Thanks!

Are you using Version 2017.0.2 Release. I know the latest update took care of a lot of the shortcut problems that I had.

I use Shift+3 to access the Timeline when I am in another panel. Once in the timeline panel, Shift+3 will switch from sequence to sequence. It is working for me.

Yep, I do! I try to use the keyboard wherever possible. Toggling using the keyboard will save you about 20 minutes over the course of a long editing day, rather than reaching for the mouse each time, especially when you’re working with multiple selects sequences.
