Hi Blaise,

I’ve tried to use the audio option.
It took 5 minutes or so, but now it generated only separate multicam sequences.
Also, not all my image files are included, and I have the feeling it doesn’t always generate 2 video tracks in the timelines, but one, for one camera.
Also audio gets cut, so I think I must be doing something wrong here.

There are a couple of things to make sure you do:

Make sure you select the master audio track first–i.e. whichever audio is going to be present throughout any camera stops and starts. This ensures that the camera audio is mapped to the main audio track, which should then persist through the setup. Then select the video clips that correspond, and create the Multicam Sequence.

Yes, there is usually going to be some cleanup, as each successive clip will be mapped to “new” cameras. However, it will automatically sync them to the audio, which should correct the drift over time (except on super long takes). You will then have to move the clips vertically so they’re mapped to the correct camera track, but this doesn’t require much concentration.

Thanks for your advice, but no success.

I selected the audio first, afterwards the IMAGE, and the created a multicam source file, with the settings as can be seen here

Afterwards, it generated all separate source files like

When I do it based upon timecode I have one multicam source, with both camera’s on top of each other (which I need, see screenshot 3))
