Is it possible to toggle between looking at the viewer and the canvas in the timeline, as you can on Avid? I can’t believe it’s not possible but it’s certainly looking that way.

If it’s not possible, what is the most efficient way of editing parts of one sequence into another? I have a sequence made up of interviews, with subtitles which I need to insert at various points throughout my sequence.

Any advice will be gratefully accepted

    The Q key.

Copy (Cmd-C) and paste insert (Shift-V).

    All the best,
