  toggle full screen tilda ` keyboard shortcut no longer working in PPCC 2015 (9.0.2)

  For some reason, the toggle full screen keyboard shortcut ` no longer works.

  Even if I assign another keyboard shortcut, toggle full screen no longer responds as of the latest PP CC version.

  Has anyone else encountered this? I can maximize any window with a keyboard shortcut, but I can no longer toggle full screen.
