    Toggle Full Screen – Effects Window

    Just wondering if it’s normal for the move cursor left/right 1 frame (left/right arrows) to not function when the Effects Window is toggled to Full screen. Is it normal or could it be a specific problem to my system?
    New to PPro and just trying to nail some things down…

    I’ll add that I am on Win7 64 with CS5 Prod Prem…
