“Todays Post house”
As I was setting up my new monitor I heard a big truck roll up the street. I look out the window and what do i see? My neighbor, friend and technical adviser offloading a 35mm 2k scanner into his house
Anyway I will soon have the ability to scan film to files at a reasonable rate a few steps from my door.

I can’t scan film, but in the same building as my suite, there’s a cinema with 12 theaters. One of them will be available for grading at work hours until they start the usual screenings. Can’t wait to get going on their 4K Christie! 🙂

It makes sense..
Editors have had suites set up in their basements doing blockbuster work for years now..
The tools are now there for colorists to start doing the same.
