To get the best Quality for YouTube?
Recently youtube has changed the video is to full screen, i cant get a proper video on their anymore, everything is blurry. i was wondering what settings would be better. i had 640×480 and pixel ratio 4.3 and using windows media player which didn’t help at all.
i also tried my old settings Mov format, bitrate of 3.7k, keyframe of 15 and using 640 and 480 pixel.
