    Hi all

    Just wanted to get a bit of a feeling here. When wor king with interlaced footage, would you recommend deinterlacing before exporting for a broadcast conversion ???

    Or can it be left as is, and just de interlace the slow mo bits if any ???

    Any one have any ex perience wih this ??

    Deinterlacing is only necessary if you want a progressive look or if you have been requested so.
    No problem to broadcast Interlaced; in fact Progressive stuff (1080p) needs to be broadcasted as Interlaced.

    Even slow mo can be kept interlaced.
