  TMPGenc MPEG tools editing only video

  I have a multiplexed file with the .mpg suffix. I need to remove a couple of seconds at head and tail, and tried using TMPGenc MPEG Tools/Merge&Cut, but the resulting file is video-only. What am I missing here?
