The trademark symbol is option+2.

For 2 names to scroll on the same line, you’ll just need to include both names on the line (I use Boris for this) and either separate them with spacing or tabbing.

With the Apple Generator (Scroll text) you can use the “*” (asterik) as gutter/divder.

Jeff Greenberg*Editor will put a ‘gap’ instead of the *
