From the Cinema Tools user manual:

    “TK Speed
TK Speed (telecine film speed) refers to the frame rate of the film in the telecine equipment during the transfer to video.”

Film is either transferred at 24 (really 23.976 and 3/2 field pulldown creates 29.97 frames per second).

    or

Film is transferred at 30 (really 29.97), being sped up if shot at 24 fps, to achieve a 1 to 1 film frame to video frame relation.

    or

Film is transferred at 25, which is a slight speed up if shot at 24 fps, and is usually used when outputting to PAL video.
