Titles/PSD files in Premiere
Hello,
I have created some titles in in photoshop that I would like to use in Premiere. These are meant to be scrolling/rolling credits. Is there an easy way scroll a psd file from the bottom of the screen to that top? I tried the slide transition but it seems to only scroll from the bottom to the center of the screen.
Is there a way to import my psd files into the title function in premiere and create rolling titles that way using the lay out I have already created?

You can import the PSD directly and just use the motion controls in the Effect Controls palette…
You can import graphics into the titler, but I’ve never tried to roll a large graphic…only small logos, etc.

Hi Greg,
To roll your titles, use the Adobe Motion effect, and just keyframe the Y-motion so the title (or any video/graphic/still) begins below the bottom and ends off the top of the screen.
I don’t believe you can Import .psd files into the CS5 titler to create a roll, but I could be wrong.

Thanks for your response. I have to admit I am a little inexpereienced and am not sure where I should find Adobe Motion Effects. Is that in Premiere or is it a part of After Effects or something completely different?
