    Hi
Is there any way to get titles with alpha from photoshop into a UHD (2160P) project?
In HD, I use PNG files, but Avid tells me I need to use AMA link in a UHD project. When I do this, the alpha is messed up and I can’t see any way to fix it. Also the title tool doesn’t work in UHD projects, which is a real pain. Is there any way to re-create title media from an HD project to a UHD project?

Figured it out. Cut the key in and invert it.
No title tool is still a PITA.

Avid’s position for 2K+ is to use NewBlue Titler. Personally I haven’t been able to use it as easily and quickly as Title Tool for the quick title jobs that make up most of my needs. I did just make some titles in Resolve and it was pretty easy to do, since my conform and finish where being done there anyway.

I quickly tried the NewBlue titler and didn’t like it very much. I am receiving off-lines cut in HD to conform
    to UHD, and it’s a bit of a pain that I can’t just re-create title media…

I agree, and brought this up during beta. My previous response was what I got as a response.
