I’m doing some very simple titles but the client has a some very specific placement requirements. They want the title a certain number or pixels the edge of frame. Is there anything in FCPX that can reveal the pixels for size and placement? Maybe there is a ruler or something similar that I can use to estimate the pixels.

    Thanks,
    Tony

The inspector shows much of this info. If you really want super precise you could create your own overlay image with the exact pixel specs and use that for a guide.

    Hi Noah,

I’m not seeing any information on pixels in the inspector. Maybe I’m not looking in the right place.

    Thanks,
    Tony

In Preferences make sure you have Editing>Inspector Units set to Pixels.
