title/dialogue card
I am in need of some help. I am looking for a vegas file of a title card, or dialogue card that looks like something from a silent movie. Can anyone help me out with one, or point me in the direction of achieving this look?

There’s no Vegas files of this that I’m aware of.
However, a Google image search of silent movie title card turned up several different cards that should be easy enough to replicate with almost any paint program. -

Those are both really awesome, thank you for those. Is there any way you can give me a couple of quick pointers on how I generate media like that?
