Title/Action Safe
I was wondering why the Title/Action safe button is grayed out on the program and source monitor when a BMD avi file is loaded. In effect, the Program monitor’s title/action safe area cannot be activated, and the source monitors can only be turned on when a still frame or non BMD file is loaded. Would be good to have it on in the program monitor, especially when placing and repositioning disclaimers and product logos at the edge of the screen. Any comments on this?:)

I wish someone would respond to Adrian’s inquiry, since having access to the safe action and title feature is important to many of us.
