Can anyone tell me why my whole title bar is disabled? thank you.

There is abit of odd behaviour with the title window in 2.0, where the various components of the title window get disconnected and lost. The wing menu often restores these, but often they are not connected to the title window and hard to find. Choosing Window (menu bar)> Workspace>Editing fixes it for me.
