Title tool stuck off screen
I’m experiencing the most infuriating problem with my title tool. It’s stuck off the screen in the top corner and I am unable to grab it and move it down. Restarting, changing to someone elses settings, windows/home, changing toolsets and even changing the resolution of the monitor have all proved futile. Please help

Try trashing the mcstate file and Site Attributes file from the settings folder found in the Media composer settings folder.

I run into these issue with Pro Tools all the time – many people have different monitor setups, so things land off screen all the time. At least in Pro Tools, this works:
Go to System Preferences and choose Displays
Change monitor resolution to a low setting like 800×600
All windows will snap to positions on screen
Change monitor resolution back to what you hadHopefully that works in all Mac apps.

If you start a brand new project does it give you the same result?
