  • TITLE SAVE: Where does premiere 2 saves them? /deleting media cache?

Maybe it sounds like a stupid question, but where does premiere pro 2.0 saves the titles you make/ create.

Premiere pro 1,5 used to save them on a specific location, that you could choose your self. Does Premiere pro 2.0 saves them in the project self????

I want to backup my project, so i want to save the titles (that I used for subtitling) as well.

Can I also delete the media cache, because it is running up to 200 gig?

    Thanks fellows!!

Premiere Pro 2.0 does not save your titles as an external file. The title data is stored within the project file itself. If you want to save the title independently, you can do so.

There are some options in Premiere’s preferences for cleaning up the media cache. Be aware that if you delete anything manually, Premiere will recreate the cache files for a given media file automatically, so you might end up in the same boat as far as disk space goes. (Either you’re using a lot of files or you’ve got a lot of old data in the cache from files you’re not using anymore.)
