  Title issues

  I now have 90 to 100 still slides in the application. I have two titles per slide. One is a tag w/ the date and the other a caption.

  But, my titles are disjointed w/ my transitions. My coworkers say there should be a merge feature to merge the title w/ the background so the transition is applied to the whole slide. That would be ideal. I tried “send to back” for both titles, but that did not have a merge-like impact. I thought, well I could simplify it to a disolve on every slide, though boring and put a disolve transition on the text too. then maybe they’ll look in synch? Well, I could only get my dates to disolve. Is there a reason it won’t let me apply a text transition to two text boxes?

  Unless I can answer this the only thing I can think of to finish this project is remove all transitions. Then it plays smoothly from slide to slide. At that point I could have just done this thing in Powerpoint, so I hope someone has some advice!

  I’m using the latest version of Elements.
