I was wondering if there is a way to make the free text plug ins work with Final Cut Pro 6.0.1
They show up now and you can apply them, but if you click in the filters Click For Option to enter the text, it crashes FCPro.

    Dave,

Please contact our tech support at support@borisfx.com. We may need a little more information on your system. There is a free update to Calligraphy that may solve your problem which is available through our tech support.

Yes, Boris has a patch script on their support site to fix this problem.

I didn’t notice a patch script – am I missing something? I did go to the website and download the update – but this did not resolve the issue.

Finally, after hours of frustration, I decided to try deleting the application preferences. That seemed to resolve the issue.

    Hi Dave,
having the same issue. Can you please post the direct link you are referring to? I haven’t been able to fid a patch specifically for Title 3D,
What’s really weird is that it works fine on my wife’s MacBook. The programs are the same version, both intel macs as well.
    Thanks!
