    tips on Satellite noise?

    I’m looking for tips on creating broadcast or satellite interference. You know what I mean… Horizontal smear, vertical roll, noise etc… What other elements would contribute to creating such an effect? Some kind of color abberations? How would you time the effects or combine?

    Maybe there’s a tutorial out there somewhere?
