  Tips needed – Footage with heavy grain / rgb-noise

  I am editing some footage that unfortunately suffers from very bad image quality. I am not sure what filters are best/quickest to enhance the material. Especially because it’s quite a huge amount of video (several hours in PAL) I am not sure which FCP filter or maybe Plugin, other software is worth using without having to render over it for hours (these were the solutions I have come across, also re-rendering in AfterEffects, but that seems like not worth the hassle…).
  I posted some sample images below and would be very grateful if someone has an idea what could be the most effective fix.
