  Timer in After Effects

  Hey guys, im working in an martial arts video, i need to create an timer on the screen from 5:00 to 0:00 and need to pause it when referee stop the match and resume it when referee resume the match. Someone know if is possible to make it? :/

  please delete it, i found some docs using google, maybe will help some of these 🙂
