timeline zooms w/ scroll ball
I want to map something like Option w/ scroll up and down on the mighty mouse scroll ball to zoom in and out of the timeline. I tried the Keyboard Layout in FCP and also the OS X Keyboard Layout, but neither have a dropdown option to assign a scroll wheel up or scroll wheel down.

The scroll wheel’s second function in FCP is a jog wheel. You can’t assign custom functions to it.
