TImeline window missing?
I’m new to Resolve and, in fact, just downloaded Resolve 11 Lite (beta) just after it was released. When I open it, I do not see the four tabs for Media, Edit, Color or Deliver. I also do not see any Timeline tabs, even though I created timelines from a few clips. What am I missing here? Did I set it up wrong?
Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks! -

me too..Have you figured this out? I’ve tried reinstalling but the issue persists. No tabs

Yes I did.
For me, I went to VIEW > SHOW WINDOW FRAME — (down toward the bottom). That resized my Resolve window to fit my screen properly (and therefore, I was able to see the 4 tabs at the bottom MEDIA, EDIT, COLOR & DELIVER.) Once I could see the tabs, then I could click on the EDIT tab, and my TIMELINE suddenly appeared!

I had to add one more action to get it to work:
After clicking View, then Show Window Frame…..try to click the green + button of the window at the top left. This resized the window for me perfectly so I could see everything including the Tabs.

I dont even have a Show Window Pane in View

I’ve since downloaded the new version 12 and do not have that issue anymore. If you have the same version, try the clicking on the menu item:
“Workspace” > “Primary Workspace” > “Edit”.I hope this helps!
