timeline video jerkiness
my files play fine in trimmer or preview, but when I move then to the timeline they play jerky, but audio is fine. What can cause this?
I also have a vegas project i completed a while ago renderd a copy to a wmv file and all was well. I recently re-opend the vegas project file to a final bit of editing and now I can’t get the video in the timeline to play smoothly. The audio is fine, but the video is unwatchable. What is going on? -

what kind of video are you editing
what resolution are you attempting to preview at
try setting the preview window to draft, or preview
