Using Vegas 12 pro, how can I “burn-in” a timecode window into a render of my project that represents the video clips’ position on the timelime. Again, I’m not looking for SMPTE timecode from the indivual clip, but the time that represents the clips position on the timeline.

    Thanks in advance.

Add the Timecode FX to the preview window and your entire project will have it, no matter how many video tracks you have.

The timecode behavior varies depending on where you put it.

Put it on Media FX and you get the media timecode.
Put it on Event FX and you get and event timecode.
Put it on Track FX or Output FX and you get timeline timecode.

    LOL! – 12 years in and I’m still learning . . . .
