I am not sure anyone understands what you mean by “Fix.” Hitting F1 can solve several issues, and offer guidance on the use of View > Windows Layouts usage. If that is what you mean.

If you want the Default Vegas layout, simply enter “Alt-D”, followed by “D”.

You have enabled the video and/or audio bus track display. Go to the view menu to turn those off if that is what you want.
