September 28, 2012 at 11:47 pmHow much work can the last clip in your timeline need???
1. Either put a clip somewhere further down.
2. Or hit the end key to jump to the end of the timeline after it reverts back to the beginning -

March 10, 2013 at 6:59 amI’m having the same issue in 2013 in PP CS6. Very frustrating, and just another indication that Adobe is not yet ready for the professional market. Let’s just pray that Avid doesn’t go belly up this year…

CS 6.0
Loop is unchecked in the Program monitor. I only have one timeline open.

March 28, 2013 at 8:08 pmI think I just figured it out.
You need to drag the yellow marker on the timeline well to the right of your last clip. Now my playhead stops at the end of the last clip.
I believe that yellow marker sets the rendering area. I don’t use it PP, but I use it often in AE.
EDIT: Sorry, I was wrong. It seemed to work once or twice, but now it’s looping again.

July 10, 2013 at 4:51 pm’Extraordinary. I’ve already had to spend an hour on the phone with tech support to sort the Audio Filter problem out since subscribing to Creative Cloud a month ago.

July 10, 2013 at 5:28 pmIf your Loop Playback is off, it should stop. As Todd mentions, this can be set individually per Sequence.
We have two systems that have been cutting with CC here for some time now, both iMacs, and playback behavior is correct. When looping is off, Playback stops. When looping is on, playback loops.
Same with my home iMac system. I’m not seeing the software get “stuck” in looping.

July 10, 2013 at 6:36 pmI still have this problem as well in CC. Whether or not I have the loop button pushed, it loops. It’s pretty annoying I must admit.
